Preparing Accounting Reports
 

Accounting Unit under Property Management Department is responsible for preparing financial statements according to the commonly recognized accounting systems. This includes:

  • Preparing monthly and quarterly reports, as the landlord may need.
  • Preparing income and expenditures statements according to the provisions of the contract concluded between the department and the landlord.
  • Transferring the net income to the landlord on monthly basis.
  • Preparing accounting entries and following up on the General Ledger.
  • Monitoring maintenance or contracting contracts and settling the payments.
  • Reaching the required settlements with tenants.
  • Delivering the writ of devolution of estate issued by court, if the property or portfolio will be given to the heirs.
