Maintenance Unit under Property Management Department is responsible for carrying out the maintenance works through a maintenance team including engineers and technicians specialized in field, sanitary, electrical, air conditioning and other works. Maintenance services aim at meeting the customer’s expectations and include:
- Preparing the units for lease by conducting maintenance, delivery, taking over of the unit, identifying the damages and preparing report to deduct the cost of the damages, if any.
- Emergency maintenance requests to solve the problems that would affect the integrity of the building, provided that such problems are not under the misuse list.
- Periodic precautionary maintenance that covers A/C appliances, water pumps, main sanitation system in addition to any other matters that would maintain the property’s good appearance.
- Specialized maintenance services for elevators and A/C.
