The department provides the following services based on the concluded contract:

  • Managing properties by means of marketing and renting.
  • Investigating complaints and problems and finding solutions according to the best practices.
  • Preparing studies and reports on the vacancies and seeking to get the same occupied.
  • Appraising the leased units every five years and identifying the market benchmark of the neighboring locations after obtaining the landlords approval, so as to avoid any risks.
  • Monitoring janitors, ensuring the performance of their jobs and preparing the relevant reports on periodic basis.
  • Studying the properties’ space to better utilize the space during construction, if allowed by laws, in order to increase income.
  • Preparing periodic reports on the property’s condition and performing the refurbishment works to prolong its life and increase income.
  • Collecting the rent based on proven controls and methods.
  • Monitoring the property’s electricity and water expenses and etc. and preparing periodic reports to cut down such costs.
  • Preparing, maintaining and marketing the vacancies to get them occupied quickly.
  • Field visits by Property Management staff to closely monitor the works being done.
  • Preparing periodic reports on the property’s condition, leased and vacant units, collected rent and etc.
