Reference to the above-mentioned subject and to the ordinary general assembly meeting of our bank held for the year ending 31/12/2016, this is to inform you that we will start distribution of the cash dividends’ cheques of (10%) of the share’ nominal value (i.e 10 fils per share), after deduction of treasury shares, on the shareholders whose names are registered in the Bank’s records on the date of the ordinary general assembly meeting convened on 18/3/2017 at Kuwait Clearing Company- Ahmed Tower- as of Thursday 23/3/2017.
