In reference to Capital Market Authority’s regulations concerning disclosure of substantial information and the mechanism for disclosing the same, and reference also to Article 4-1-1of Chapter Four (Book 10) of CMA’s executive bylaws  issued on 9 November 2015.

We would like to state that Kuwait International Bank has decided to entrust Mr. Hesham Elsayed (General Manager of Corporate Support Department) with the responsibilities of (Acting General Manager of Information Technology Department)-in addition to performing his normal work duties- effective from Sunday 10/07/2016 and till further notice.
