Material Information: We would like to state that the news published at Al-Qabas newspaper No. (15864) issued on Monday 31.07.2017 at the economic news page No. (24) under the title “Al-Dawli grants 110 million Saudi Riyals for Saudi Financing Company” is totally baseless and untrue. The Bank’s management totally denies this news confirming that the Bank didn’t sign any financing facilities agreement with the Saudi company (Middle East Paper Company (MEPCO)) and that the company’s announcement published on Tadawul website is entirely unfounded.
