KIB provides travel tips to safeguard customer information

In a continuation of its efforts to the higest level of security and safety, KIB introduced a number of banking security guidelines for customers shopping abroad or online. The guidelines aim at safeguarding customer information and bank accounts from potential cybersecurity threats and financial fraud particularly during the summer vacation season. By following best international standards and practices in information security, the Bank presented its customers with banking safety and security tips, including: not keeping all bank cards in the same place, activating SMS notification services especially when abroad, refraining from writing PIN anywhere, being aware of any unknown devices installed in ATMs, not connecting to Wi-Fi in unknown places and accessing bank accounts, and more.
