Reference to Capital Markets Authority's regulations on the disclosure of substantial information and mechanism of announcing the same, and to article (4-1-1) of Chapter Four (10th book) of the executive regulations issued on 9/11/2015.

 

We would like to announce that the Board of Directors of Kuwait International Bank, in its meeting held on Wednesday 13 January 2016, has accepted the resignation of Mr. Franck Ait Amer, the General Manager of Risk Management Department, which he submitted due to personal reasons. Thus, his last working day will be Thursday 14 January 2016.

 

Mr. Manoj Mishra, Sr. Manager Credit Risk Review, will be entrusted with the duties of Acting General Manager of Risk Management Department as of Sunday 17/01/2016 and until further notice.
