"Al Dawli", Golden Sponsor of the women program "Empowering Women"



Kuwait International Bank, The Best Islamic Bank in 2014, confirmed its golden sponsorship of the women program entitled "Empowering Women", reiterating its permanent commitment towards the society at all human, educational and awareness levels.

In this context, Mr. Jasser Al Najdi, Marketing Manager at KIB, said:" KIB's sponsorship of this national program reflects its endless commitment towards supporting women issues and developing their skills. Empowering Women program is deemed the first of its kind in the State of Kuwait which is concerned about developing women skills in different educational, conventional and social fields and about improving their awareness and ambitions within the society.

Al Najdi added that the most significant characteristics of this program are effectuating the role of women in charitable work, allowing women to participate in leading developmental plans at national and international levels, and viewing the real profile of untypical woman as a major partner in building modern societies. The program tended to improve women's skills so as to have a more vivid role in society service, including all educational, cultural, psychological, health and beauty aspects.

The Marketing Manager at KIB also stressed that the bank is committed to look for new horizons serving the society. Meeting the needs of the Kuwaiti Society is deemed one of the fundamental pillars of the bank's strategy, so as to provide physical and moral support in this field. Thus, the bank is particularly keen on sponsoring Empowering Women program, employing all its potentials for supporting the program and make it successful.
