Based on a comprehensive study of the projects, the bank extends financing facilities to satisfy all financing needs, such as letters of guarantee and credit, financing contracts, financing vehicle and equipment lease contracts, financing production materials requirements and trading transactions for corporate and institutions in line with Shariah provisions. KIB’s Real Estate Appraisal Division monitors the execution of such projects periodically to ensure proper performance and favorable results.
