Access information about your account using SMS on your mobile phone. To acquire the service, you can subscribe by online/mobile banking, visiting your branch or by calling contact center telephone service. As an SMS Banking service subscriber, you will receive information on your account activities, and alerts that can provide detection of suspicious transactions on the account. KIB also offers “Pull” SMS services that provide its subscribers with the opportunity to send an SMS (as per the below table) to 1866866.
The response will be in the form of a text message that will be sent to your subscribed mobile phone number within a few seconds.
