Kuwait, __ 2023: As part of its ongoing efforts to embed the principles of environmental sustainability into society, Kuwait International Bank (KIB) announced launching an awareness campaign in collaboration with AlBohayra Farm, one of the leading agri-tourism farms in the Middle East. Under the slogan ‘Plant Life with KIB’, the campaign comes as part of the Bank’s comprehensive social responsibility program.

Commenting on the new collaboration, Abdulaziz Althawab, Marketing and Corporate Communications Specialist at KIB, said: “This special collaboration with AlBohayra Farm is a testament to KIB’s unwavering dedication to furthering environmental sustainability, enhancing community prosperity, and contributing to economic growth. The Bank realizes how important it is to support local businesses as part of its strategy to increase environmental sustainability in society through various initiatives that contribute to the United Nations Goals for Sustainable Development and Kuwait Vision 2035, and fall in line with KIB’s ‘Bank for Life’ slogan.”

Althawab further explained: “Under the collaboration, KIB cardholding customers will be eligible for a 20% discount on the farm’s offerings, which include a diverse selection of produce, planting equipment, and more. To enjoy the exclusive discounts, customers need to present their KIB cards at the farm or upon making an online purchase from its website.”

In addition to the discount, the partnership will find the Bank’s social media platforms posting a series of environmental awareness videos featuring AlBohayra’s owner Abdulrahman Ibrahim Al-Awadi, where he will share his knowledge and expertise regarding choosing the right indoor plants, growing them, and caring for them.
